Edward works as a professional Musician and Music Educator. He graduated, in 1992 with an honours degree in Music and Radio, Film and Television from the University of Kent at Christchurch College where he studied organ with Michael Harris at Canterbury Cathedral.

In 1993 Edward also gained his teaching diploma.

Edward’s interest in Choral Music has led him to work with a number of choirs and orchestras including The Seventy Chamber Choir, The Thanet Festival Choir, The Minster United Choir, The Canterbury Orchestra and Cantate Chamber Choir.

He is Musical Director for Stage Door Theatre Company who run educational Theatre Schools and offer tuition in the performing arts.

Edward has performed as a soloist, accompanist, and as a member of an orchestra and has been Musical Director for numerous shows, pantomimes and productions including: ‘Bugsy Malone’, ‘South Pacific’, ‘Rats’, ‘Joseph’, ‘Grease’, ‘Honk’ ‘West Side Story’, ‘Fiddler on the Roof’, ‘Romeo & Juliet’, ‘Rocky Horror Picture Show’, ‘Return to the Forbidden Planet’, ‘Les Miserables’, ‘Annie’, ‘Oliver’, ‘Jesus Christ Superstar’ and ‘The Wizard of Oz’,  ‘High School Musical’, ‘Sweeney Todd’, ‘Rent’ and ‘Hairspary’.
