  • While at Secondary School, played for The Surrey County Youth Orchestra, involving performances at The Royal Festival Hall and The Royal Albert Hall.
  • Swam for the Surrey / District Squad.
  • Took part in The Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme.
  • Performed for The Songs of Praise production from Canterbury in April 1991 for the inauguration of the then new Archbishop of Canterbury, George Carey.
  • Awarded the Graham Gatt Memorial Prize in 1993 for Outstanding Musical Achievement and Effort at the degree graduation, Canterbury Cathedral.
  • Currently attend ballet and jazz dance classes.
  • Qualified swimming coach and teacher.
  • Have two daughters and a step son. We enjoy many sports and outdoor activities, including sailing, mountain biking and skiing.
